Job summary

Yotta Data Services seeks a senior AI/ML lead to design and deploy scalable ML pipelines powering our no-code AI platform. You will lead research, model optimization, and productionization of transformer-based models, ensuring reliability and performance across NLP, CV, and generative AI workloads.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams, and contribute to IP and publications while aligning discoveries with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven no-code platforms or automated code generation.
• Familiarity with AI workflow orchestration frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.
• Knowledge of probabilistic modeling and uncertainty quantification.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices including CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art ML/DL models for NLP, computer vision, and generative AI for no-code platforms.
• Develop, optimize, and fine-tune large-scale models including transformer architectures.
• Architect and manage end-to-end ML pipelines: data processing, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Collaborate with software engineering to productionize models for reliability and scalability.

Job Scope

Research, design, and development of advanced AI and MLmodels powering a cuttingedge AI-driven no-code development platform and ascalable AI inference and training orchestration system. Responsible forbuilding scalable ML pipelines, optimizing models for production, mentoringteam members, and translating research innovations into impactful productfeatures aligned with business goals.

Seven plus experiences with AI-driven no-code platforms orautomated code generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learningand deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and generative AI relevantto no-code AI coding and AI orchestration platforms.
• Develop, optimize, and fine-tune large-scale models, includingtransformer-based architectures and generative models.
• Architect and manage end-to-end machine learning pipelines: dataprocessing, training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to productionize modelsensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Research and integrate cutting-edge AI techniques and algorithms tomaintain product competitiveness.
• Contributing to intellectual property generation, patents, and academicpublications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI/ML team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, andengineers to deliver AI-powered product features.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI research trends and technologies,assessing their applicability.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in AI modeldevelopment.

Must-have skill

• Experience with AI-driven no-code platforms or automatedcode generation.
• Familiarity with AI workflow orchestration frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.

• Strong academic research background with publications in top-tier AI/MLconferences.

Qualifications Criteria

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields with a specialization inArtificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
• Strong research publication record in reputed AI/MLconferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying deep learning modelsincluding transformers, CNNs, RNNs, GNNs, and generative AI models.
