We are seeking an AI Developer – Agent Specialist who will focus on building intelligent agents and automated workflows within Azure AI environments. This role is central to developing scalable AI‑driven solutions across multiple business functions, enabling automation, efficiency, and enhanced decision‑making. The AI Engineer will play a key role in building an “agent workforce” across areas such as compliance, document processing, analytics, and workflow optimization, contributing to the broader vision of becoming an AI‑enabled enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent AI agents using Azure AI platforms for use cases such as document processing, compliance monitoring, and analytics.
• Develop end‑to‑end automated workflows integrating AI agents with enterprise systems.
• Apply post‑training techniques including fine‑tuning, instruction tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of AI systems.
• Build scalable, production‑grade agent architectures and orchestration frameworks.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Master’s degree preferred (Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus).
• 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in AI agent development.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI platforms or similar agent development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying production‑grade AI agents and automated workflows.
• Strong expertise in Azure AI services ecosystem.
• Experience with multi‑agent systems, reasoning frameworks, and orchestration.
• Experience in workflow design including prompt flows, automation pipelines, and human‑in‑the‑loop systems.
• Familiarity with post‑training techniques such as fine‑tuning, instruction tuning, RLHF, and domain adaptation.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, benchmarking, and A/B testing.
• Consulting mindset with strong execution focus.
• Ability to connect strategy to execution and simplify complex problems.
• Passion for leveraging AI to drive business transformation.
