Job summary

Quantiphi seeks a seasoned Solution Architect – Full Stack to design and lead scalable technology solutions from concept to deployment. You will drive architecture reviews, mentor developers, and ensure secure, compliant delivery across Mumbai and Bangalore.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in software architecture, strong skills across frontend and backend stacks, and proven ability to guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading scalable, high-performance systems.
• Proficient in API integration and application deployment.
• Exposure to multiple technologies and programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of programming concepts and best practices.
• Frontend: Angular, ReactJS, VueJS; Backend: Python, NodeJS, Golang; Enterprise: Java/Spring Boot; C#/.NET.
• Cloud: GCP; AWS/Azure a plus; Databases both relational and NoSQL.
• Familiar with design patterns and secure development practices.
• HIPAA/PCI familiarity is a plus.
• Unix/Linux development environment experience; scripting and process mgmt.
• Ability to mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead implementation of highly available, scalable, reliable and secure technology solutions.
• Conduct IT architecture reviews and advise right-fit solutions.
• Capture and share best practices with peers and juniors for reusable solutions.
• Assess current architecture and recommend improvements with technical staff.
• Build low-level design and technical flow.
• Stay updated on current and emerging technologies and propose changes.
• Assess business impact of technical choices and ensure compliance in delivery.
• Organize work, meet deadlines, and multitask across initiatives.
• Drive CI best practices and modernization including migrations.

Role: Solution Architect– Full stack

Role & Responsibilities

• Ability to design & lead to implement highly available, scalable, reliable & secured technology solutions.
• Conduct existing IT Architecture review and advise right-fit solutions.
• Capture and share Best practices with peers & juniors and always look for reusable solutions.
• Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
• Building Low-level design and tech flow.
• Continually researching the current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
• Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
• Well organized, attentive to details and able to meet demanding deadlines.
• Ensure compliance requirements while delivering solutions.
• Analyze the current practices and bring in new concepts to design and implement the best practices in the CI landscape.

Skills Required

• Experience working with scalable, high-performance systems.
• Experience in API integration, Application deployment.
• Exposure to a wide variety of technologies and programming languages.
• Proficient in 2 or more programming languages.
• Deep understanding of core programming concepts and best practices
• Front end – Angular, ReactJS, VueJS and JavaScript
• Backend – Python, NodeJS, and Golang
• Enterprise language/framework - Java with Spring Boot framework/ C#/.NET. Familiarity with related frameworks, libraries, and technologies in the respective ecosystems.
• Cloud Platforms – GCP (AWS and Azure is a plus)
• Databases – relational and non-relational databases
• Deep understanding of Programming Design Patterns
• Strong Application and Data Security concepts is a must.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and PCI compliance is a plus.
• Familiarity in Unix/Linux development environments & tools including scripting & process management.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• The ability or potential to multitask, prioritize.
• Experience in designing system architecture for solving complex problems.
• Experience of working in an Agile environment is a must.
• Experience with Application migration, modernization along with DB migration.
• Strong understanding of database design.
• Experience of using tools like git, Jira, and confluence is a must.
