What You Will Be Doing At Evalueserve

Architectural Vision and Technical Strategy

• Define, communicate, and champion the architectural vision and technical strategy for complex, scalable, and secure digital platforms
• Lead the creation and evolution of the technology roadmap, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and emerging industry trends
• Drive innovation by evaluating, piloting, and integrating emerging technologies (AI/ML, data engineering, cloud‑native, etc.) into solutions
• Mentor, coach, and develop technical talent across multiple teams to foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation
• Provide technical leadership in solution design, code reviews, and best practice adoption
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within teams and the broader organization
• Technical excellence and delivery: Architect and oversee the implementation of microservices‑based, cloud‑native, and secure solutions using modern technology stacks (.NET Core, C#, Angular, React, etc.)
• Lead the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and robust security standards
• Evaluate and select technology stacks, tools, and frameworks to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability

Stakeholder Management and Cross‑team Collaboration

• Act as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Over 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in architecture and technical leadership roles
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering secure, scalable, and high‑performance web applications
• Deep hands‑on experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular/React, and modern API architectures
• Strong knowledge of microservices / SOA, containerization (Docker and Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
• Proficiency in architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, event‑driven, etc.) and design principles (SOLID and OOAD)
• Familiarity with data engineering, AI/ML integration, and analytics platforms
