Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom enhancements using Oracle APEX, reports, interfaces, customizations, extensions, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, design documents, and unit test scripts.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure coding standards, performance optimization, and development best practices.
• Develop and support integrations between Oracle EBS and complex enterprise systems.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in ERP functionality and performance.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development
• PL/SQL programming
• Advanced SQL tuning
