Solventum is hiring a Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM Analyst to design, implement, and support enterprise warehouse management solutions across global environments. You will lead end-to-end EWM projects, optimize warehouse processes, and drive post-go-live support and AMS engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of SAP experience with at least 4-5 years of direct experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM or decentralized e-WM.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP EWM implementation, rollout, or enhancement project.
• Experience with handling unit management, batch management, serial number management, packing processes, and work centre configuration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• SAP ABAP programming skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper care support.
• Design and optimize warehouse processes covering inbound, outbound, internal warehouse operations, production integration, and quality management.
• Recommend industry best practices to improve warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Design and support centralized e-WM queue management and warehouse mobility solutions including RF devices.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement analysis, solution validation, and stakeholder discussions; participate in testing activities.
• Execute master data migration, stock uploads, cutover planning, and production deployment; provide post-go-live support.
