Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Analyst - R2R to lead end-to-end record to report processes from Gurgaon, India. The role focuses on closing the books accurately, consolidating ledgers, and delivering timely financial statements in line with US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP.

You will oversee month-end and year-end closes, manage GL and fixed assets, perform variance analysis, and coordinate with auditors. Candidates should have CA/CMA or finance degree and 3–5 years' corporate accounting experience,

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes to ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage General Ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and fixed asset accounting.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Drive reconciliations, resolve aged or anomalous items, and sign off on key balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis and ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS/local GAAP; support audits.
