Job summary

Forvia in Pune, India seeks a PLM specialist to define and lead functional solutions across PLM domains, tailoring EBOM/CADBOM to user needs. You will collaborate with BGs and suppliers to define and implement validated PLM solutions.

You will lead projects in your domain, animate working groups, create functional specifications, support testing, and ensure quality while maintaining strong communication with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in IT Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 5 years experience in PLM projects; Functional Expertize in TeamCenter PLM preferred.
• PLM functional expertise on Platform Team Center (Siemens) and/or 3dExpericence (Dassault).
• Fluent English (spoken & written) and ability to deal with international support tasks.
• Animation of meetings and workgroups.
• Communication and negociation skills to find compromise with internal customers.
• Softskills: communication, adaptability, teamwork, autonomy.

Responsibilities

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:

• Define functional solutions related to various PLM domains like, EBOM, CADBOM… answering the expectations expressed by the Users’ representatives and matching needs of all BGs.
• Ensure the solutions are developed with the expected level of quality and according to the timing agreed with the BGs
