Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst with strong expertise in SEO, market analysis, and product/website growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, conducting in-depth market research, and creating data-driven strategies to improve traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and product pages for better ranking.
- Build high-quality backlinks and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
2. Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Prepare market research reports to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities, potential user segments, and product growth areas.
- Conduct surveys, competitor benchmarking, and industry landscape studies.
3. Website & Product Growth
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Work with content, design, and development teams to improve website UX and conversion rates.
- Track and report KPIs related to traffic, leads, conversions, and product adoption.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights to enhance product visibility and performance.
4. Campaign Management
- Assist in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) when needed.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for best ROI.
- Collaborate in creating content strategies for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google tools.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
