Qualifikationen

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field with 3–5 years of design experience.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Expert PowerPoint skills for high quality presentations; MS Word & Excel proficiency.
• Experience producing multi-page publications, marketing collateral, infographics, and videos.
• Strong ownership, able to manage projects end-to-end and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication; team player and proactive collaborator.

Your Role

Visual storytelling is at the heart of how science and technology reach the world, and in this role, you will be the creative force that brings that vision to life. As a Senior Analyst - Graphic Design, you will conceptualize, design, and deliver a wide range of visual communication solutions that serve customers, shareholders, and employees across the organization. You will take full ownership of medium and high complexity design projects, ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards of brand quality and is completed on time. Working across print and digital formats including multi page publications, marketing & digital collateral, Powerpoint presentations, illustrations, infographics, vidoes, etc., you will apply your deep expertise in design production to craft compelling, on brand visuals. Beyond execution, you will contribute process improvement ideas, support quality assurance activities, and act as a collaborative resource for colleagues, helping to raise the bar for creative output across the team.

Who You Are

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, combined with 3 to 5 years of professional design experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, with a strong track record of applying templates, styles, and design standards to produce polished, brand compliant outputs.
• Expert level skills in PowerPoint for developing high quality presentations, alongside solid proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience producing multi page publications, marketing & Digital collateral, Powerpoint presentations, illustrations, infographics, vidoes, etc., with a keen eye for detail and design quality.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, managing projects end to end, communicating proactively with stakeholders, and consistently delivering to deadlines without close supervision.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to perform equally well independently or as part of a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
