Overview

Role: Senior Analyst / Data Science / AI/ML Engineer

Experience: 2-8 years

Responsibilities

• Model Development and Implementation:
  • Create analytical solutions by combining data science tools, applied statistics, AI/ML and NLP techniques.
  • Data: Identify sources, automate collection, perform exploration & feature engineering to develop models
  • Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data by partnering with data engineers.
  • Build, create and maintain reproducible codes, predictive models, and machine-learning algorithms.
  • Have good understanding of MLops; Combine models through ensemble modeling.
  • Utilize advanced statistical and ML techniques to develop predictive models and algorithms.
  • Oversee implementation & Deployments of models into production, ensuring scalability & performance.
• Data Exploration and Feature Engineering:
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability of high-quality data for analysis.
• AI/LLM, Agents and RAG:
  • Leverage LLM and RAG techniques to create reports
  • Develop AI agent that respond to user queries to replace traditional UI/UX
  • Build, create, and engineer reproducible agentic systems and LLM models for enterprise use cases
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related technologies.
  • Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance the organization’s data science capabilities.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Comp. Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Math.
  • Proven expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java or R.
  • Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pyspark, Pandas, NumPy, SQL).
  • Experience with ML Platforms/frameworks /packages/libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, Sci-kitlearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis & ML algorithms (e.g., CNN, Deep learning, transformers, ensemble models)
  • Demonstrated interest/expertise in AI technologies like LLM, Agentic framework, MCPs, Vector DBs
