Job summary

LatentView seeks a Senior Analyst - Data Science in Bengaluru to own end-to-end modeling lifecycles, translating business problems into measurable data science objectives and deploying models.

You will design and validate predictive and descriptive models (Propensity, Time Series, Clustering), develop MMMs, and leverage Generative AI to automate data workflows. Strong statistics, Python proficiency, and business KPIs are essential.

Qualifications

• 2.5 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and ML.
• Strong knowledge of regression, classification, and clustering approaches.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and end-to-end modeling lifecycles.
• Experience with hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: manage modeling process from problem to deployment.

Job Role :

We are looking for a data-driven problem solver to independently own end-to-end modeling lifecycles. You will translate complex business challenges into measurable data science objectives, leveraging advanced machine learning, statistical testing, and Generative AI to drive strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Independently manage the entire modeling process, from translating ambiguous business problems into clear, measurable data science objectives to final deployment.
• Advanced ML Development: Design, build, deploy, and validate predictive and descriptive models, with a strong focus on Propensity Models, Time Series Forecasting, and Clustering.
• Marketing & Regression Models: Develop and optimize Regression and Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to measure marketing effectiveness and guide strategic business decisions.
• Gen AI Automation: Identify opportunities and implement Generative AI tools to automate, streamline, and scale existing data setups and operational workflows.
• Experimentation & Validation: Apply rigorous hypothesis testing and A/B testing methodologies to establish model validity, measure incrementality, and prove strategic impact.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2.5 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Core Algorithms: Deep expertise in developing, tuning, and deploying Regression and Classification models.
• Statistical Foundation: Strong grasp of applied statistics, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python and standard ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy, XGBoost, etc.).
• Business Acumen: Ability to connect mathematical results to real-world business KPIs.
