Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Analyst for Closed Ended Fund Integration in Mumbai, with options for Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad. You will lead onboarding and conversion of funds to accounting platforms like eFront, Investran, Paxus, Geneva, and Yardi, and work with onshore stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.

The role requires strong analytical skills, client-facing experience, and deep knowledge of private equity real estate funds, with exposure to reporting templates and fund structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fund Accounting, NAV calculation and Financial Statement preparation for Private Equity/Real Estate/Hybrid Funds.
• Experience in migrating PERE and Hybrid Funds from other administrators or clients.
• Strong knowledge of debt instruments and loan facilities in Private Equity contexts.
• Experience onboarding new clients, reviewing LPA, and developing client reporting templates.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding and conversion of funds from other accounting applications to target platforms (eFront, Investran, Paxus, Geneva, Allvue, Yardi).
• Interpret fund formation documents and establish setup plans for new clients and complex structures.
• Onboard investors, maintain contact details, and develop customized reports.
• Implement fund structures and static data in accounting systems; ensure data integration is up to date.
