Job summary

Gallagher in India seeks a Senior Analyst - Benefits Support Management to back US branch teams with policy renewals and documentation. You will handle Census, SBC, SPD, and Carrier Proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for about 35 accounts.

You will be the go-to contact for onshore teams, collaborating across Client Managers to provide high-quality support in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values growth and belonging.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance domain with knowledge of US Health Insurance regulations.
• Familiarity with carriers like Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and MetLife.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Advanced computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
