Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Bangalore seeks a seasoned Finance professional to steer SAP S/4HANA Finance deployment workstreams, aligning Order to Cash, Intercompany, and Reporting with the Global Template. You will partner with Transcend teams and BPOs to design, validate, and implement key finance processes.

Required is a 6+ year finance background, a degree in Finance or Economics, and strong analytics and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support GTO Finance Commercial Lead with all aspects of a SAP S/4HANA deployment.
• Lead finance representation in the cross-functional Transcend Finance Commercial pillar.
• Collaborate to translate design requirements into a Global Template design.
• Manage interdependencies with Signifi/Transact in O2C and Reporting.
• Document future design as part of Global Template build.
• Coordinate testing, data validation, and cutover activities with CE and deployment teams.

Job Description: Overall responsibilities Support GTO Finance Commercial Lead with all aspects of an S/4 Hana ERP deployment.

Take a leading role in representing the finance function in the cross-functional Transcend Finance Commercial pillar

Collaborate with Transcend functional teams to translate design requirements for Finance Commercial processes into a Global Template design.

In collaboration with the GTO Finance Commercial Lead, support in managing the interdependencies with Signifi/Transact in the areas of Order to Cash and Reporting.

Process Pre-Design Collaborate closely with Transcend BPOs and business SMEs to gain in-depth understanding of finance Commercial and Reporting processes and deliver key design decisions, process taxonomy, process flows, business requirements, business user stories and manage all compliance aspects.

Partner with JJT and external partners to explore and assess technology options which support business requirements.

Process Design Collaborate with GPO and GS teams in designing Order to Cash and processes and outlining Reports in SAP FIORI.

Document future design as part of Global Template build

Build Review and align BUS, Acceptance Criteria, L4 and Persona

Work with UAM for Persona and corresponding Fiori App confirmation

Work with CE team for Pricing Procedure confirmation with correct account keys to conditions

Discuss and align on Order Reasons new or existing for different sales processes Free of Charge, Returns, Credit Memo, Debit Memo with CE teams

Prepare and provide all foundation O2C, Account Determination configuration to TPO & Accenture

Discuss, align and support any Transact requirement related to GtN, Revenue, Reporting in TIME.

Work with TPO and Accenture to confirm the design for the requirement.

Review DEMO and confirm the build

Regular connect and alignment with CE as well as Transact team

Data Validation(Cutover) & Testing Provide condition records related to Finance postings based on order reasons to CE team Provide release specific KT to Deployment team Review and confirm BPS for BST/UAT with GPO and Deployment Review and confirm Test Scripts with steps Analyze and solve the testing defects Co-ordinate with CE team and support Deployment team for testing Hypercare Analyze and provide solution to Hypercare and Operate state issues

Required Minimum Education: University degree in Finance or Economics

Other: Previous experience in Finance roles is required preferably in supply chain and/or a principal company environment

Required Years of Related Experience: 6+ years

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: (Include any required computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.) Knowledge and Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Order to Cash (Accounts Receivables) and Reporting is required. Knowledge on Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable) and Intercompany processes would be preferable for this role Experience with process development and improvement Strong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detail.
