Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Platform Engineer to serve as a technical leader and architect responsible for designing, building, and evolving Guardian's enterprise AI Platform. This role will provide architecture leadership across the AI platform stack, spanning:
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on architect capable of defining platform standards, building reusable capabilities, solving complex engineering challenges, and driving enterprise adoption of AI and Agentic technologies.
Required 7+ years of AI Platform Engineering experience. 3+ years designing cloud‑native distributed platforms. 3+ years architecting AI/ML or GenAI platforms. Proven experience building enterprise‑grade platform capabilities.
Preferred Experience building Control Plane architectures. Experience with enterprise‑scale AI governance. Experience supporting production GenAI workloads. Experience building AI platforms within regulated industries.
