Job summary

Lecan Solution Private Limited is seeking a Principal AI Architect to lead the design of enterprise AI platforms with a focus on Generative AI, LLM applications, and Agentic AI across the organization.

The role emphasizes defining AI strategy, architecture roadmaps, and technology choices, while ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across AWS and on-prem/cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in AI/architecture and leading enterprise AI initiatives.
• Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI for scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, vector databases, semantic search and context engineering.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms, preferably AWS, including Bedrock and SageMaker.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior / Principal AI Architect who can lead the architecture of enterprise AI platforms and solutions.

The role will focus on Generative AI, LLM applications, Agentic AI, AI/ML platforms, model deployment, inference, AI operations, and enterprise integration.

The architect will work with senior business and technology leaders to define AI strategies, architecture roadmaps, technology choices, and implementation plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end architecture of enterprise AI platforms and solutions.
• Define AI strategy, target architecture, and technology roadmap.
• Design solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Lead architecture for AI platforms, model platforms, inference, and AI operations.
• Define AWS-based AI architecture using services such as AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, and vendors.
• Design scalable and secure multi-agent AI systems.
• Define architecture for knowledge graphs, vector search, semantic retrieval, and context engineering.
• Establish AI security, governance, identity, authorization, and data protection controls.
• Define guardrails, monitoring, audit logging, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Lead multiple architects and senior technical SMEs.
• Work closely with CIOs, CTOs, business leaders, and technology teams.
• Ensure AI solutions meet business objectives, scalability, security, and cost requirements.
• Guide implementation teams and ensure architecture is followed throughout delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Generative AI and LLM architecture.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Experience designing enterprise AI platforms and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and context engineering.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS Bedrock and SageMaker is preferred.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, responsible AI, and AI risk controls.
• Experience with AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud architecture.
• Experience working with senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
