Job summary

InfoLabs Global and Uplers Solutions Private Limited seek a Senior AI/ML Engineer to own end-to-end architecture, AI pipelines, and real-time deployment for AI products across India and the Middle East. You will lead real-time voice AI platforms and multi-agent systems, delivering scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI) and cloud deployments.

You will report directly to the founding team and mentor juniors, with travel opportunities to Dubai and Malaysia for client projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience; 6+ years preferred.
• Proven production experience building real-time voice AI pipelines using individual STT, LLM, and TTS components (LiveKit Agents preferred; comparable WebRTC-based stacks considered)
• Has built multi-agent or agentic systems with tool calling in production (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LiveKit Agents, or custom)
• Strong Python; solid backend engineering with FastAPI, async, WebSockets, Redis, PostgreSQL, vector DBs
• Ability to take a product from architecture to production independently, with minimal supervision, in a small team or startup context

Responsibilities

• Scale and improve existing real-time voice AI, multi-agent, and AI-driven learning platforms (iPel, iCall, TalkBot, iTrains, and others)
• Design and operate real-time voice agent pipelines built from individual STT, LLM, and TTS components - integrated end-to-end, not via a single third-party voice agent API
• Architect and maintain multi-agent systems with tool calling, shared state, and clean handoffs in production
• Build scalable Python backend services (FastAPI, async, WebSockets) consumed by web and mobile apps
• Handle cloud deployment on Azure, AWS, and GPU clouds with Docker, CI/CD, observability, and cost control
• Mentor junior engineers and own delivery timelines with the founding team

About The Role

InfoLabs Global builds AI products used by enterprises, government bodies, and learners across India and the Middle East - including real-time conversational voice agents, AI-powered learning and corporate training platforms, AI role-play and coaching simulations, and digital human assistants. We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to take full end-to-end technical ownership of one or more of these platforms, including architecture, AI pipeline, real-time infrastructure, deployment, and roadmap. This is not a "follow the ticket" role - you will be a technical owner reporting directly to the founding team.

What You'll Own

• Self-hosted LLM serving (vLLM / SGLang / TGI) on GPUs; model fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA / SFT); Docker and cloud deployment
• RAG pipeline design, chunking, retrieval evaluation, and grounding in production
• EdTech, corporate L&D, training platform, or AI coaching / role-play domain experience
• Multilingual AI (Indic languages or Arabic); Vision-LLMs, OCR, handwriting recognition, or digital human / avatar integration
