Job summary

Talentgigs is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy ML systems powering our products. You will work across the ML lifecycle—from research and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring—collaborating with data engineers, product managers, and software teams.

You will lead end-to-end ML pipeline development, optimize models for performance and cost, and mentor junior engineers while documenting best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems for production use cases
• Lead end-to-end ML pipeline development: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for model serving, monitoring, and retraining (MLOps)
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into ML solutions
• Optimize models for performance, latency, and cost in production environments
• Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and performance analysis to continuously improve model accuracy
• Stay current with the latest research in ML/AI (LLMs, deep learning, NLP, CV, etc.) and evaluate applicability to business needs
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Ensure model reliability, fairness, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards
