WSP in India is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions for Land Services projects. You will work from Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams supporting UK and Ireland engagements.

The role focuses on translating land, GIS, data management and project delivery challenges into practical AI tools, with hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Azure cloud environments. You will guide juniors and shape delivery.

Qualifications

Job description

The Senior AI Engineer will design,developand deploy AI-enabled solutions to support WSP’s Land Services business, working from India as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting UK and Ireland projects. The role will focus on translating real land, property, GIS, datamanagementand project delivery challenges into practical AI solutions that improve efficiency, quality, decision-makingand client outcomes.

The role is suited to experienced professionals with hands-on capability in AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, Azure cloud environments, dataengineeringand solution delivery. The Consultant will take ownership of defined AI work packages, build fit-for-purpose solutions, support adoption by projectteamsandprovidetechnical guidance to junior team members whererequired.

The position involves close collaboration with WSP’s Land experts, Transformation and Digital Insights / Data & Decision Science teams, project managers, GISspecialistsand wider consultancy teams toidentifyopportunities, prototype solutions, deliver scalable outputs and embed AI into day‑to‑day project delivery in a controlled and responsible manner.

This role will support WSP Land’s digital transformation by rapidly turning ideas into practical AI solutions that can be embedded into everyday project delivery and enhance the services delivered to clients.
