Job summary

The role focuses on developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models for production, including fine-tuning LLMs and building NLP and multimodal solutions.

You will work with graph and vector databases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers. Immediate joining available and work-from-office setup in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of hands-on AI/ML experience in production.
• Strong background in NLP, LLMs, and multimodal AI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models for production environments.

Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT techniques.

Build scalable NLP, retrieval, and multimodal AI solutions.

Integrate AI systems with Graph Databases and Vector Databases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge AI technologies.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face

Expertise in LLM Fine-Tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)

Experience with Graph Databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph)

Hands-on with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, ChromaDB)

Deep understanding of Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion Models

Strong experience in NLP, Retrieval Systems, and Multimodal AI

Excellent Python programming with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn

Experience deploying ML models on AWS, Azure, or GCP

Preferred Skills

MLOps knowledge for AI deployment and monitoring
