What You’ll Work On

• Build and deploy intelligent agentic workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, and multi-step reasoning that integrate with our data and software ecosystem.
• Design robust pipelines for the extraction and processing of information from unstructured data.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate real user needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Lead performance evaluation, reliability improvements, and safe deployment of AI systems.
• Shape our AI strategy and contribute to high-impact product initiatives.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience building Agentic AI LLM applications.
• Proficient in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI Agents/Assistants, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, prompt design, and agent orchestration.
• Ability to design multi‑step agentic systems that interact with external APIs and tools.
• Strong software fundamentals: testing, CI/CD, code quality, cloud infra (AWS preferred).
• Collaborative mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with scientific or technical data domains.
• Familiarity with document‑processing, PDF parsing, or IR systems.
• MLOps experience (monitoring, observability, scaling).
• Interest in climate, sustainability, or environmental intelligence.
