Job description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior AI Engineer with strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems. The role involves designing and building production‑grade AI solutions that detect anomalies in marketing and business data, identify root causes, and generate actionable insights for business users.

This is primarily an engineering role, with approximately 70-75% of time spent building, deploying, and operating AI solutions in production environments. The role draws on capabilities highlighted in an internal Senior AI Engineer JD covering production AI engineering, LLM implementation, and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Engineering & Delivery:

• Develop ML, LLM, and Agentic AI workflows to automate business insights.
• Expose AI capabilities through APIs and scalable services.
• Convert PoCs into reliable, production‑ready applications.

Production Engineering:

• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and model performance tracking.
• Design robust error handling, fallback mechanisms, and system resilience.

Marketing Analytics & Anomaly Detection:

• Develop anomaly detection models for campaign, customer, and business performance data.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes across marketing KPIs.
• Generate automated insights and recommendations for decision‑making.

Agentic AI & LLM Solutions:

• Design multi‑agent workflows for analysis, investigation, and recommendation generation.
• Build RAG, tool‑calling, and reasoning‑based AI systems.

Required Skills:

AI & Machine Learning:

• Strong experience in ML, anomaly detection, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Experience deploying models in production environments.

Generative AI & Agentic AI:

• Hands‑on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
• Experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience building agentic workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

Engineering & Cloud:

• Strong Python skills and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience on AWS. Azure, GCP is nice to have.
