Job summary

First Meridian Business Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with 12+ years of software engineering experience to own production AI systems and drive end-to-end delivery.

You will build and deploy production-grade Agentic AI solutions, implement tool calling and multi-agent orchestration, optimize latency, and ensure robust CI/CD and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems into production.
• Strong Python programming and proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or equivalent.
• Experience with agent loops, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, state management, and checkpointing.
• Expertise in RAG, retrieval, memory, context engineering, prompt management, and structured outputs.

• Proven experience automating and redesigning manual business processes into scalable software solutions.
