Job summary

JobItUs in Ahmedabad is seeking a Chartered Accountant to join our Accounts team and work closely with the Group Head Accountant across accounting, taxation, financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS for the Capital 8 Group.

The role will also involve supporting selected PMS (Portfolio Management Services) operations related to accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting, with training provided for PMS processes.

Qualifications

• CA with 0–2 years post-qualification experience (fresher considered).
• Experience with GST and tax compliance.
• Proficient in financial reporting and MIS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review books of accounts across group entities.
• Process accounting entries, ledgers, journals, expenses, income, investments, and banking in Tally.
• Prepare and review bank, ledger, and financial reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Support preparation of financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
• Assist with statutory audits and related documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
• Maintain supporting documents and ensure audit-ready accounts.

About the Role
