Job summary

Kaapro Management Solutions in Ahmedabad is seeking a Chartered Accountant to join the Accounts team. The Senior Accounts Executive will work closely with the Group Head Accountant on accounting, taxation, financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS for the Capital 8 Group.

The role will also involve supporting PMS (Portfolio Management Services) operations related to accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• CA qualification required.
• Experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Fresher to 2 years post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review accurate books of accounts across group entities.
• Handle accounting entries, ledgers, journals, expenses, income, investments, and banking transactions in Tally.
• Prepare and review bank, ledger, and financial reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing.
• Support preparation of financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable tax compliances.
• Assist with statutory audits, tax audits, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
• Maintain proper supporting documents and ensure accounts are audit-ready.

Reporting To: Group Head Accountant
