Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers and track income and expenses.
• Create balance sheets, P&L and cash flow reports.
• Manage AP/AR and reconcile bank statements.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns per regulations.
• Review documents, fix discrepancies and liaise with auditors.
• Organize, maintain and analyze daily financial records.

• Maintain general ledgers, handle daily transactions, and track income and expenses.
• Create balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
• Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure adherence to local and national tax regulations.
• Review financial documents, fix discrepancies, and work with auditors.
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software (Excel), general ledger systems.
• Financial recordkeeping, financial reporting, tax preparation, auditing, and budgeting.
• Organizing, maintaining, and analyzing daily financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities
• General accounting work like GST, TDS, sales & Purchase bill entry
• Examining account books, financial documents, and internal systems to verify accuracy, prevent fraud, and ensure legal compliance.
