Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Rajkot. The Senior Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, coordinating audits, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and assisting in corporate filings. The Senior Accountant will also support budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial performance, and provide data-backed recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaboration with partners, junior staff, and clients is essential to ensure accurate reporting, timely deliverables, and high-quality financial advisory support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in audit procedures, taxation (direct and indirect), and corporate compliance activities.
• Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
