The candidate will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, budgets, forecasts, and cost control, while managing cash flow and reconciliations. This position also coordinates audits and internal controls for growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting activities, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial management skills, a thorough understanding of Indian accounting practices and statutory compliance, and the ability to support business growth through effective financial planning and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• *Financial Operations:* Manage day-to-day financial activities, accounting, bookkeeping, and maintenance of accurate financial records.
• *Financial Reporting:* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and financial summaries.
• *Budgeting and Forecasting:* Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control strategies to support business objectives.
• *Cash Flow Management:* Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses, and financial commitments to ensure efficient fund utilization.
• *Accounts Management:* Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• *Statutory Compliance:* Coordinate GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory filings and compliance requirements.
• *Financial Analysis:* Analyze financial performance, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and provide actionable insights to management.
• *Audit Coordination:* Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
• *Internal Controls:* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial policies, and internal control procedures.
• *Process Improvement:* Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
• *Financial Planning:* Support management in financial planning, business decisions, and long‑term growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Prime or SAP.
• Hands‑on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and account reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• *Preferred Qualifications:* CA Inter, CMA, MBA in Finance, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
