Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Science/Business or related field.
• 10–12 years of relevant professional experience aligned with responsibilities.
• Experience in global and cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to drive outcomes.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft or equivalent are preferred.

• Advanced degree in related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant professional experience aligned with the responsibilities and level of the role.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive successful outcomes.
• Expertise in the relevant domain, enterprise systems, and SAP technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
• Strong collaboration, communication, accountability, problem-solving, and customer focus.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft or equivalent credentials are preferred.
