DuoBridge in Chennai seeks an experienced finance professional to lead group consolidation and reporting. You will manage the consolidation of 150+ entities across geographies, ensure IFRS/Ind AS compliance, and coordinate with country finance teams and the corporate office.

The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP/BPC experience, and a penchant for process standardization. You will drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end timelines, support audits, and leverage analytics tools like S&P

• Semi-qualified Inter CA / Inter ICWA or MBA Finance from reputed institute.
• Sound understanding of IFRS or Ind AS.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Experience with consolidation module SAP, SAP BPC desirable; Hyperion acceptable.
• Expert MS-Excel knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Group Consolidation Reporting (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) per IFRS with BS, P&L, Cash Flow and notes.
• Benchmark peers and analyze key KPIs.
• Consolidate 150+ entities across geographies, multi-currency revaluation/translation.
• Prepare and compare key P&L and BS schedules for CFO/CEO review.
• Manage Month End, Quarterly and Year End timetables.
• Coordinate Group Audit with statutory auditors.
• Perform analytics through S&P Capital IQ.
• Interface with country teams and corporate office for timely reporting.
• Review MIS and entity-level finances; drive standardization per policy.
• Coordinate with FCs/Regional finance and corporate for accounting disclosures.
• Review journal entries for eliminations and IFRS compliance.
• Coordinate with SAP/BPC IT for MIS/consolidation issues.
• Automate group reporting via BPC; implement new reports for faster reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of Group Consolidation Reporting (Monthly/Quarterly & Annual) in accordance with IFRS along with Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, Segmental Reporting & Notes to Accounts for publishing
• Peers Benchmarking and Analysis on key KPI’s
• Consolidation of over 150 legal entities under different geographies, multi currencies, revaluation & translation thereof
• Preparation & Comparative Analysis of key PNL and BS schedules for review by CFO and CEO
• Manage and coordinate Month End, Quarterly and Year End time table
• Handling Group Audit with Group Statutory Auditors
• Analytics through S&P Capital IQ
• Country Interface
• Coordination with Country Finance Teams & Corporate Office ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Review of Monthly and Quarterly MIS and Legal entity wise Financials and drive standardization & Compliance with Group Accounting Policy
• Coordination with Country FC/Regional Finance Controllers & Corporate Office for issues relating to accounting, reporting & disclosures
• Review the preparation of all journal and group adjustment entries to ensure group eliminations, IFRS compliance, financial reporting accuracy and completeness
• Coordination with Internal (Central IT) SAP & BPC team for any issues relating to MIS and Consolidation
• Automation of Group reporting through BPC
• Implementing new systems and reports to facilitate faster group reporting and standardization

Experience & Technical Skills

• Semi -Qualified Inter CA , Inter ICWA or MBA Finance from reputed Institute
• Sound understanding of IFRS or Ind AS.
• Proven analytical skills & ability to interpret or generate all types of financial data, financial reports and statements.
• Experience of system implementation of consolidation module. Knowledge of SAP & SAP Consolidation software (BPC) is desirable. Experience in alternate consolidation software like Hyperion etc is also acceptable.
• Expert knowledge of MS-Excel

Location & Travel

• Should be willing to travel for Quarterly and Year end finalization to corporate office and/or select geographies across the world
• Place of posting shall be Chennai.
