Job summary

Sopra Steria in India is seeking a data management professional to design and implement Semarchy xDM data models, configure business rules and enrichment logic, and optimize matching, survivorship, and golden record workflows across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements into governance processes, participate in unit testing and documentation, and help maintain traceability for data lineage.

• Strong hands-on experience in Semarchy xDM.
• Deep understanding of matching processes, survivorship, and golden record management.
• Experience handling duplicate management and merging strategies.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise.

• Design and implement Semarchy xDM data models aligned with business needs.
