Must-Have Skills: Selenium with Java Automation, Test Automation, automation frameworks, and test design automation. Experience as an Automation QE analyst in Selenium with Java, understanding web services/API concepts. Responsible for creating test automation strategies, collaborating on framework selection, and implementing best practices at a portfolio level. Manage the QE team, clarify requirements, and define automation approaches. Develop automated testing solutions focusing on test coverage, service virtualization, high performance, and maintainability. Strong knowledge of Java, Selenium, git & Bitbucket, and BDD. Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, HP ALM, JIRA, and Confluence. Responsible for monitoring, reporting defects, re-testing, and presenting test results for sign-off. Contribute actively to Agile project delivery, requirement documentation, test script creation, and stakeholder communication.

Good-to-Have Skills: Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
