Job summary

Qualizeal India invites a Security Test Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead enterprise security testing across web, API, cloud, and infrastructure. You will drive client relationships, governance, and technical leadership to ensure delivery excellence.

You will oversee SAST, DAST, VAPT, and vulnerability management, champion Secure SDLC and DevSecOps within engineering teams, and mentor security professionals while guiding pre-sales activities and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security testing or related field.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise security testing programs.
• Experience across web, API, cloud, and infrastructure security.
• Strong client relationship management and reporting skills.
• Proven success in secure SDLC and DevSecOps.

Lead enterprise security testing engagements across application, API, cloud, and infrastructure environments while driving client relationships, delivery governance, and technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security testing programs across web, API, mobile, cloud, and infrastructure environments.
• Oversee SAST, DAST, VAPT, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
• Drive Secure SDLC and DevSecOps adoption across engineering teams.
• Manage client engagements, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Support solutioning, RFPs, estimations, and pre-sales activities.
• Mentor security teams and ensure delivery excellence.

What we're looking for

• Strong expertise in application, API, cloud, and infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, VAPT, penetration testing, and threat modeling.
• Knowledge of OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
• Excellent leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred qualifications

• CISSP, OSCP, CISM, or cloud security certifications.
• Experience leading enterprise security transformation programs.
