Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Security Operations Specialist with a focus on Cloud Security Operations to monitor, investigate, and manage cloud security alerts across enterprise environments. Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and manage cloud security alerts across enterprise cloud environments.
• Review and manage findings from CSPM tools, including misconfigurations, policy violations, exposed assets, risky permissions, and compliance gaps.
• Perform triage, impact assessment, escalation, and follow-up for cloud-related security events.
• Monitor cloud workloads, identities, storage, network configurations, and access-related risks.
• Coordinate with cloud, infrastructure, application, and security teams to track and remediate cloud security issues.
• Support alert tuning, workflow improvements, and continuous enhancement of cloud security monitoring use cases.
• Monitor and analyse alerts from EDR, SIEM, cloud platforms, and other security tools.
• Investigate endpoint alerts, suspicious behaviour, malware detections, and potential compromise using EDR tools.
• Support incident response activities, including investigation, containment, recovery coordination, and post-incident documentation.
• Document security investigations, remediation actions, lessons learned, and recommend improvements to response procedures.
