Job summary

SHI Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks a Technology Specialist – SOC (L2) with 5+ years of hands-on SOC, incident response, and malware research experience. Joining is immediate to 15 days; mode of interview is virtual; shift is day.

Responsibilities include SOC operations, incident analysis, and threat hunting, with Splunk and QRadar experience preferred. Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and NIST frameworks is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SOC, Incident Response, Incident Analysis, or Malware Research.
• Experience with SIEM tools—Splunk; QRadar or LogRhythm is a plus.
• Knowledge of IDS/IPS, Firewalls, Web Proxy, DLP, CASB, DNS Security, DDoS Protection.
• Good understanding of NIST and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
• Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Unix/Linux systems.
• Experience in analyzing security logs, network packets, and tool outputs.
• Basic understanding of Malware Analysis, Reverse Engineering, Rootkits, TCP/UDP, and Network Protocols.
• Experience in email security analysis, including email headers, links, and attachments.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 SOC environment and handle multiple incidents under pressure.
