Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day security operations at the location to include physical, procedural, and electronic security
- Report various aspects of the security operations through the reporting manager or as laid down in the procedures
- Ensure that the security posture of the location is aligned to the locality/city risk
- Handle and support internal and external audits
- Lead security training and awareness initiatives at the location
- Work closely with security systems vendor partner to ensure 100% uptime of security systems to meet internal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with guarding vendor partner to meet 100% compliance of deployed guard force to meet internal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Report incidents accurately and manage them promptly as per incident management process
- Maintain immaculate documentations related to the security operations of the location
- Leverage personal and professional networks for intelligence on local issues and developments that might impact the banks operations
- Handle additional responsibilities that might be assigned from time to time
- Innovate and proactively contribute to enhance the quality of security operations not just at the assigned location but also to the larger function
- Act as a brand ambassador of Corporate Security in the location by proactive engagement with stakeholders
Key Competencies and Skill
- Must be a graduate or equivalent
- Prior experience of working in a managerial position in security operations is preferred
- Should be tech savvy
- Should have good knowledge of working with MS Office particularly excel based applications
- Should have decent written and verbal communication skills which will enable working in a diverse workplace
