Job summary

Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, invites a Security Engineer II to join its Zscaler-focused team in a hybrid setup across Delhi NCR and other major Indian tech hubs. You will deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX, ensuring secure connectivity and optimal end-user experience in client environments.

You will analyze telemetry, manage firewall policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen security postures.

Qualifications

• B.E., B.Tech., or graduate qualification with 3–4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on Zscaler experience.
• Strong understanding of ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, routing and switching, SSL handshakes, SSL inspection, GRE, IPSec, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with PAC file modifications, ZPA app segments, access policies, advanced security tools, and firewall troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation, stakeholder communication, and ticket management skills, including ServiceNow exposure.

About the role

As a Security Engineer II – Zscaler, you will support and optimize Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access, and Zscaler Digital Experience environments. We will count on you to deploy, troubleshoot, and improve secure connectivity, access policies, and end-user experience across client environments. Along the way, you will get to:

Configure and troubleshoot ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX, including traffic flow, SSL inspection, app segments, access policies, and PAC files.

Set up and support GRE and IPSec tunnels, SD-WAN integrated sites, remote users, and mobile user connectivity.

Analyze ZDX telemetry, logs, and reports using SecureCRT , PuTTY, and Fiddler to resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues.

Work in a ticket-driven environment, document resolutions, troubleshoot firewalls, and optimize Zscaler policies to reduce complexity.

What we’re looking for

B.E., B.Tech., or graduate qualification with 3–4 years of relevant experience, including hands‑on Zscaler experience.

Strong understanding of ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, routing and switching, SSL handshakes, SSL inspection, GRE, IPSec, and SD-WAN.

Experience with PAC file modifications, ZPA app segments, access policies, advanced security tools, and firewall troubleshooting.

Strong problem‑solving, documentation, stakeholder communication, and ticket management skills, including ServiceNow exposure.
