This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and deliver robust security solutions effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
• Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues within access management frameworks.
• Familiarity with integration of ForgeRock solutions with various enterprise systems and applications.

Additional Information:

• This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
