Summary: As a Security Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with clients to understand their business protection needs and challenges. You will spend time shaping comprehensive security strategies tailored to diverse organizational environments. Your role includes designing robust solutions that enhance cyber resilience and providing expert guidance to help clients navigate complex security landscapes. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives is a key part of your daily activities, ensuring that clients are well-equipped to manage risks effectively and maintain compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security governance frameworks into client environments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship to foster professional growth.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging threats to proactively advise clients on necessary adjustments to their security posture.
Professional & Technical Skills
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • Good To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance principles within enterprise environments.
  • Experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow GRC modules to support organizational security objectives.
  • Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and frameworks relevant to cybersecurity and risk management.
Additional Information
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
