Job summary

Deloitte Hyderabad is seeking a Security and Compliance Analyst to strengthen the Compliance Management Team. You will oversee infrastructure security, drive vulnerability remediation, and monitor compliance across IT, data center, cloud, and servers.

Ideal candidates have 1–2.5+ years in security or compliance, with hands-on experience in tools like Qualys, SCCM, Splunk, and CMDB. This role is based in Hyderabad with shifting timings as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2.5+ years of experience in server hardening, vulnerability management, server compliance management, data analytics, or information security.
• Experience with Windows and Linux security compliance.
• Experience with vulnerability management, patching, and remediation support for servers or business applications.

• Experience supporting CMDB, asset management, or automated discovery processes.

Operations Mandate – from an overall ITS perspective, leveraging USI resources is strategically aligning with the Firm’s Alternative Delivery Services model. Along with other professional lines of businesses such as Tax, Advisory, Consulting and Enabling Areas like Marketplace and Business Operations, ITS is building its services and capabilities in USI to conduct operational tasks and responsibilities that allow Canadian onshore teams to focus more on ITS and business priorities. In addition, ITS continues to grow and strengthen its Support Services presence in Hyderabad to provide quality client-facing support for our USI Canada Professionals.

The Infra Operations function of USI DT CA Technology and Infrastructure group is accountable for Infrastructure Compliance and Vulnerability management for applications, servers, frontends etc. working closely with Server owner teams for DTC and HIMS.

Work you'll do

As a Security and Compliance analyst on the Compliance Management Team, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining infrastructure security, compliance, and resilience across IT, data center, cloud, and server environments.
• Managing vulnerability remediation activities, including identification, prioritization, tracking, validation rescans, and escalation of overdue or high-risk findings.
• Administering and monitoring security, compliance, and management tools such as Splunk, Qualys, Defender, SCCM, BigFix, CMDB, backup platforms, and related server agents.
• Performing patching, upgrades, configuration changes, security-agent deployments, and post-change validation for supported application servers.
• Producing operational reports and KPIs covering vulnerability remediation, patch compliance, agent health, technology lifecycle, software compliance, CMDB accuracy, and remediation trends.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2.5+ years of experience in server hardening, vulnerability management, server compliance management, data analytics, or information security
• Experience with Windows and Linux security compliance
• Experience with vulnerability management, patching, and remediation support for servers or business applications
• Experience using tools such as Qualys, SCCM, BigFix, Splunk, Defender, or similar infrastructure compliance tools
• Experience supporting CMDB, asset management, or automated discovery processes

Preferred:

• Experience supporting application vulnerability remediation for .NET, Oracle, or Java environments
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB MID Server administration, discovery, or integrations
• Experience with Azure, Hyper-V, Active Directory, or Linux platform support
• Experience creating infrastructure reports, dashboards, or KPI tracking in Power BI or Microsoft Excel
• Experience validating remediation fixes with stakeholders or application owners
