Job summary

Hilton Goa is seeking a Security Associate to oversee daily operations of the hotel’s security team, maintain safety standards, and respond to emergencies, ensuring a safe, hospitable environment for guests and staff.

You’ll conduct patrols, assist investigations, maintain security documentation, respond to emergencies, and provide exceptional guest assistance, all while upholding Hilton’s values of integrity, leadership, teamwork and ownership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a security officer.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant security certifications and training (e.g., first aid, CPR) are preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
