Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Security Analyst to support physical security at our India campus locations in Hyderabad. You will assist the Security Manager with fraud and risk assessments and help implement security frameworks across sites.

The role requires a proactive security mindset, good communication, and the ability to work after hours. You will collaborate with the site security team to maintain compliance and promote security initiatives across India.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Background in security is ideal but not necessary.
• Strong sense of security.
• Sound judgment and situational awareness.
• Knowledge of security principles and practices.
• Availability for work after normal hours is required – on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Security Manager in promoting strategic security plans and regional initiatives in India.
• Assist in conducting client risk assessments and go-live assessments.
• Provide support in implementing Fraud Prevention Program.
• Assist in investigations on security and fraud-related cases.
• Maintain compliance with applicable security laws, regulations, internal policies, procedures and standards across all India campus locations.
• Conduct external security audits and external security risk assessments.
• Monitor and assess incidents and events using all available tools and resources.
• Conduct accurate data gathering to support the Security framework and programs.
• Oversee the site security team in security engineering and daily activities.

About the Job

The Security Analyst will assist in the management of the physical security for the India campus locations and help promote security and fraud awareness programs. The ideal candidate will also assist the Security Manager in completing the fraud risk assessments for all clients in India and follow through on the actions plans.

As Security Analyst, You Will…

• Assist the Security Manager in promoting the strategic security plans as well as regional security initiatives in India.
• Assist in conducting client risk assessments and go-live assessments.
• Provide support in the implementation of Fraud Prevention Program.
• Assist in conducting investigations on security and fraud-related cases.

As Security Analyst, You Have…
