Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Product Solutions Associate to support Fund Manager onboarding and end-to-end custody and fund services delivery. You will coordinate with internal teams, validate risk controls, and ensure timely setup of technology and data in line with client instructions.

The role requires strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple work streams while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Custody & Fund Services space.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Role involves coordination with internal teams and Fund Managers.
• Team player with ability to create a cohesive work environment.
• Ability to prioritize and work across multiple work streams.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for onboarding: set up project plan, track market openings, currency account setups and products in line with client instructions.
• Complete instruction to downstream team for fund manager setup.
• Perform risk and controls functions including validation of entitlement setup and standing instructions; ensure quality control for deal adherence.
• Liaise with downstream teams to ensure efficient and timely setup of all technology and static data.
• Notify manager of onboarding progress and collate manager requirements; handle queries during onboarding.

Job description

As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in the Client Service and Solutions team, you are a significant contributor to a team that has overall accountability for ensuring our Client’s global service requirements are achieved end-to-end and across Custody & Fund Services (‘C&FS’), with consistent delivery across Markets & Investor Services. We are their primary contact and are an advisor on all C&FS service related matters. We partner with Sales in improving and retaining client relationships, while maintaining a strategic understanding of the client’s operating model. We organize our clients into industry segments such as Asset Managers, Pension, Sovereign Wealth and Banks. This allows us to understand the specific requirements and behaviors of the segment and ensure our service offering meets those requirements while positioning ourselves to build strong and lasting partnerships on strategic initiatives.

Job responsibilities

As part of the broader team across different regions, the candidate will be required to provide Fund Manager Onboarding support and has responsibilities including:

• Prepare for onboard

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelors degree with minimum 4 years of experience (within the Custody & Fund Services space)
• Enhanced MS office skills including excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent communication skills (Oral and written). Role involves extensive co ordination with various internal teams, along with both written and verbal communication with Fund Managers.
• Team player with demonstrated ability to work in and create a cohesive work environment.
• Ability to prioritize and work across multiple work streams.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• SME knowledge of Global Custody would be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a client facing role would be a benefit.
