Securities Services – Analytics, AI & Data Strategy – Product Analyst

Job Responsibilities
- Work with the broader Analytics, AI and Data Strategy team to execute Securities Services’ data, analytics and AI initiatives across all major products and stakeholder groups.
- Partner closely with AI/ML research, Data Product Development, Quantitative Research, Sales, Client Service, Business Managers, Operations and Technology to elicit, specify, discover, and document business requirements.
- Provide regular status updates, monitor project progress and support the full program delivery lifecycle, including activities within Technology sprints.
- Assist in tracking data modernization and AI initiatives, and help organize and document meetings with stakeholders.
- Act as a supporting point of contact for product‑related questions, resolving issues and managing risks such as data bottlenecks.
- Coordinate ad‑hoc research and resolve daily issues, data requests, reporting needs, and regulatory requirements impacting data and analytics projects.
- Support the Product team by analyzing business needs and identifying opportunities for data‑driven improvements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics).
- Baseline knowledge or exposure to analytics concepts and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and communicate clearly.
- Emerging understanding of the product development life cycle.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Internship or coursework experience in data analytics, product management, or technology.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx) or basic programming (Python, SQL).
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with JIRA or Confluence.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts through university projects or online courses.
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks.
