Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in part development in the automobile industry.
• Good Technical / Hands-on experience on vehicle level testing with respect to failure diagnosis (Minimum 10 years).

Responsibilities

• Build quality measurement criteria and deploy actions for electrical design robustness.
• Drive DFMEA practice.
• Management of Market–Design Related issues for speedy resolution.
• Engage in CTQ identification and cascading.

Responsibilities

• Build quality measurement criteria & deploy actions for electrical design robustness
• Analysis of all issues through all potential areas (Design, Testing & Market)
• Drive DFMEA practice
• Management of Market–Design Related issues for speedy resolution
• Thorough root cause analysis and countermeasure deployment and cascading to new development projects
• Base Model@G4 / After Market MP /GB issues Resolution
• Supplier Evaluations/QAV L1

A Day in the life

• Confirmation of Supplier process / Quality System i.e. PPAP, APQP & QC Tool etc.
• Gate tracking, Event trials, Dwg. Study
• Alignment & senior review (MQ/GB/GPP/PL)
• TFC Confirmation / action on all current issues - problem Tracking.
• Engage in CTQ identification and cascading
• Work closely with CIT for trials, IQC, Feasibility studies, Base Model issue resolution; Manufacturing Quality for Assembly Trials, Common part issue resolution; Market Quality for Base Model issue resolution, Market Issue resolution, Warranty analysis

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Graduation in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in part development in automobile industry
• Good Technical / Hands‑on experience on vehicle level testing w.r.t Failure diagnosis (Min. 10 years)
