Job summary

Orbus International is seeking a skilled L2/L3 operations professional to manage secrets management, 24x7 production support, and DevOps workflows in a rotating shift model from Delhi.

You will monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, support platform upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA/KPI adherence and security.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Secrets Management solutions (Akeyless preferred, HashiCorp Vault).
• Experience in 24x7 Production Support or Operations with incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Cloud experience with GCP.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for the Secrets Management platform (Akeyless preferred).
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot incidents, service disruptions, and platform-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Manage secrets lifecycle and ensure platform availability per SLA/KPI.
• Improve observability via monitoring, logging, and alerts.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams and global stakeholders.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments.
• Participate in customer governance and operational review meetings.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Secrets Management : strong hands-on experience with one or more Secrets Management solutions: Akeyless (Preferred), HashiCorp Vault
• Operations / Production Support: Experience working in a 24x7 Production Support or Operations environment. Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management processes. Experience handling critical production incidents and escalations.
• DevOps & Cloud : CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI. Container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Cloud platform –GCP.
• Scripting & Automation : PowerShell, Python
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support for critical incidents.
