Key Responsibilities

• Assist in keyword research and analysis
• Support On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs
• Conduct competitor and basic website analysis
• Assist with backlink research and link-building activities
• Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance
• Work with content writers to create and optimize SEO-friendly content
• Assist in preparing SEO reports
• Stay updated with SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates

Must-Have Basic Knowledge

• Basic understanding of SEO and how search engines work
• Knowledge of the difference between On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO
• Basic understanding of keywords and keyword research
• Knowledge of meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URL optimization
• Basic understanding of backlinks and link building
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or Google Keyword Planner is a plus
• Basic understanding of HTML is an added advantage
