Job summary

Spoke Design Labs is seeking a proactive SEO Executive to manage and execute SEO activities for our website from Surat. You will collaborate with senior SEO professionals to improve search visibility, implement strategies, and ensure accurate execution.

The role requires independent ownership, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement while working closely with the team to drive organic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of practical SEO experience on live websites.
• Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO and keyword research.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Ability to investigate SEO issues and execute tasks independently.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable working from our Surat office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day SEO activities and implement strategies with senior SEO specialists.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities to improve rankings.
• On-page SEO: optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, URLs, and content.
• Technical SEO: identify and resolve indexing issues, redirects, broken links, canonical tags, crawlability.
• Content SEO: prepare briefs, identify content gaps, and ensure published content follows best practices.
• SEO audits & QA: regularly audit pages, identify issues, and verify implementations to prevent errors.
• Performance tracking: monitor rankings, organic traffic, and site performance using GSC, GA4, and other tools.
• Process improvement: maintain SEO workflows, documentation, and checklists while suggesting improvements.
