Search Engine Manager jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis — the agency operates properties in markets across 18 countries, and the manager owns whether they get found. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ. You will run the search desk as a specialist practice: improving and increasing the visibility of our websites and business profile, optimising every internal process related to search, and leading the specialists and analysts who execute. What you will actually do:

• Own and increase the visibility of agency and client properties — the ranking posture is your programme, not your luck
• Optimise all internal processes related to search: intake, audit, implementation, reporting — the desk runs on rails you build
• Lead the specialists and analysts on the desk — assignment, review, and the development of the bench underneath
